State-of-the-art lasers produce high quality edge conditions to close tolerances from shim stock to 3/4” plate thickness. We work with a variety of materials including spring steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel. Laser cut holes are tappable without a secondary drilling operation because of our small heat affected zone.
CNC multi-axis press brakes help us provide our customers with expert custom bending services, with fast setup and run times. Our custom bending process yields a finished product with high accuracy rates. Our equipment has a thickness sensing feature, which allows us to produce precise bends in spite of variances in the material thickness.
